lifestyle// a look at the nursery

SO MANY OF YOU have been asking, and i’m so excited to finally share our nursey plans with you. initially, i planned on sharing actual photos of the nursey as we got closer to it being done, but with so many shipping delays it won’t be done until closer to our due date!

with that in mind, i thought it would be fun to share a layout of my ideas and a few things we’ve ordered so far.

it’s been so fun putting this together and finding different things that fit in the space. unlike other projects, i’ve really had to think about what the space needs to accommodate and then match the items accordingly. as i’m sure many of you mama’s know, WHEN PLANNING FOR A LITTLE ONE, you have to think extra about things like storage, where smaller items might go and how they’ll stay organized, how to make the necessities like wipes or baby tools look aesthetically pleasing, just all the things! it’s been a trial and error process, as i am sure it will continue to be, but it has been such a joy.

ANOTHER THING to note here is that, along with a majority of the items in my home, i strived to find the most non-toxic, clean materials available. this is especially true for the nursery. i’ve noted next to the items some of those highlights!

lately i’ve been saving all my lists to the WANT LOCKER platform. this isn’t an ad i just love how you can save items while you shop and then visualize them before you purchase! it’s kind of like pinterest for shopping which is so fun. i’ve also saved my baby registry, all that packed for our babymoon, and a few other lists there for you to see! for the NURSERY, you can find it on want locker here.

this has been such a special journey for us. thank you for all of you who have sent love, prayers, and kind notes! we hope you enjoy what we’ve been able to share so far. x
