lifestyle// lo’s baby registry

so many of you have been so sweet to keep up with us in this pregnancy. i have loved every bit of the questions and thoughts from many of you. thank you so much!

one of the main questions that has continued to be asked of me is what items i’ve picked for baby. i finally created a baby registry of hopeful items including everything from clothing, toys, bottles, trash bags, and even supplements. here are a few thoughts in mind as i was creating the list.

first and foremost, as with everything i bring into my home, i wanted to make sure that every item on the list is completely non-toxic. i also opted for items that were neutral in color, rather than traditional gender-themed colors, to help create a peaceful environment.

as for our space overall, my goal is to continue to keep our house looking decluttered with clear countertops. this desire has helped me make decisions for what to get for baby, and what other items to opt-out of. for example, something we’re not going to use at first is a bottle sterilizer or dryer. at this point, i think i may rather sterilize the bottles in boiled water because that seems more me, but time will tell!

other things i’m excited about is maintaining our desire to use eco-friendly products in our home. i found a diaper pail and diaper trash bags that are biodegradable and plant-based, which i am so excited about!

you can find the list here on one of my new favorite platforms for shopping called want locker. this is not an ad i am just truly obsessed with using this website! rather than creating a document with links or having several tabs open on your computer at one time while shopping, you can save items here to help you remember what you’ve saved over time. it has truly been a game-changer for the many projects we have going on right now like our nursery, trips coming up, and our idaho build.
